The Work Behind the Work
My art sits in the space between observation and imagination. I’m drawn to people, personalities and expressions that feel lived-in — the moments that say everything without trying to say anything.
Each RAGAZZI begins as a loose character sketch. From there, shapes tighten, colours settle and a personality begins to surface. The final artwork is a balance of instinct and design – disciplined, minimal, but always human.
The aim is to capture presence – that instant when a character feels real, even if they’re not. What’s left unsaid is as important as what’s shown.
